Irontailssecurity, Close Protection Officers (CPOs) are professional and highly trained Protective Officers providing specialist personal security in England, Wales and Scotland. Each officer is a licensed SIA, with training to work in higher risk environments and complex scenarios that match those required for VIP protection. The two directors of irontailssecurity are CPO’s and are ultimately responsible for the protection services we provide and have drawn on their own previous experience to ensure our officers prioritise protecting the client with regard to their safety, privacy, and movement, whether at an event, travelling, in public, or in their private or residential premises.

Our CPO’s complete higher level training in threat/vulnerability assessment, surveillance detection and awareness, conflict management and resolution, CV and defensive driving, emergency response and management. A large number of our officers have experienced military or police backgrounds which has afforded them extensive experience and knowledge in Protective Operations. In addition to our specific Protective Operations training and development irontailssecurity is also committed to continuous professional development with regard to conducting, accessing new security techniques, concepts, theories and methods of awareness of situational awareness.
